Lean improvement based on value stream mapping

面对日益激烈的市场竞争,精益生产作为一种提高质量降低成本的管理方法正受到越来越广泛的关注。本文运用价值流图析技术对PCB印刷电路板层压工序生产线进行分析研究,使该产品在生产周期、在制品库存及增值时间等方面得到有效改善,从而达到消除浪费、降低成本、优化资源配置、提高运作管理水平的目的。

In face of increasingly fierce market competition, as a better quality, lower cost management method, lean production draws more and more attention. This paper mainly uses the value stream mapping technique to analyze the PCB laminating production lines, in order to effectively improve the production cycle, work in process inventory and value-added time etc., so as to eliminate waste, reduce costs, optimize allocation of resources, improve level of operation management purposes.
