摘要
我们要意识到,稳定的人员、稳定的技术,才可能生产出优质的产品,由于印制电路板加工业的特点,它是一个劳动密集型的产业,人员的流动性相对比较频繁,人才流动快,成本消耗大,必然会成为企业生存、竞争、发展的绊脚石。本文就PCB企业如何通过人力资源管理中的激励机制来管理好我们的员工,同时吸引更多的人才,使我们的企业在竞争中能占有一席之地,做了一些探讨。
We should realize that the stability of the staff, stable technology, can produce high quality produ cts, due to a feature of the PCB processing industry itself. It is a labor-intensive industry. The liquidity is relatively f requent, talent fl ow is fast, the cost is raising up rapidly, whichwill inevitably become a stumbling block to enterpris e survival, competition and development. This paper introducedthe PCB enterprise how to use incentive mechanism in human resources management to manage our employees to attract more people at the same time, we can gain a f oothold in the competition of enterprise, makes some discussion.
