批评话语分析与会话分析

On Differences between Critical Discourse Analysis and Conversation Analysis

批评话语分析与会话分析是语言学中常见的概念,均与话语深度相关,然而话语并非指会话话语,而是集会话、语篇、社会话语等多种形态的话语集合。批评话语分析揭示话语和权利、意识形态、价值观等关系,解构社会体制;而会话分析重在研究语言的序列和嵌入。话语具有多模态性,对话语性质的判断可依据一定的参数,话语的本质不尽相同,这几个方面也可用以区别批评话语分析与会话分析。

Critical Discourse Analysis(CDA)and Conversation Analysis(CA),frequently met concepts,are intimately related with the depth of utterance.However,discourse in CDA does not refer solely to utterance,but more to a collection of conversations,texts,and social discourse.CDA addresses the relationship between discourse and right,ideology,and value in order to deconstruct the social system and eliminate social inequalities eventually while the focus of CA is more on language sequence and embedding.This paper compares and contrasts CDA and CA based on some factors that determine whether a discourse analysis is CDA or CA.
