激素替代疗法和绝经后妇女乳腺癌发生的相关性研究

绝经后妇女应用激素替代疗法(HRT)是否会增加乳腺癌发生危险性的争论尚无统一认识。本文综述近年国内外文献,从基础、实验、临床角度探讨两者关系,涉及生理学、内分泌学、流行病学等,旨在强调HRT规范化治疗及乳腺严密监测的意义所在。支持“绝经后妇女广泛应用激素替代疗法是安全的”利大于弊这一观点。

There is no agreement about whether or not HRT increases the danger of occurrence of mammary cancer in menopausal women. The paper summarizes national and international literature in recent years, studies the relationship between two basically, experimentally and clinically, covering physiology, endocrinology and epidemiology. The purpose is to emphasize the standardized HRT and the significance of closely monitoring mammary gland and supports the view that ' It is safe to give menopausal women HRT' and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
