芪葛蛭归合剂治疗脑梗塞42例疗效观察

Qige Zhigui Mixture: Clinical Observations on its Therapeutic Effects on 42 Cases of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨中药芪葛蛭归合剂治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法:应用芪葛蛭归合剂治疗脑梗塞42例,并与单用扩血管及改善脑细胞代谢药物38例作对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.86％,对照组总有效率为73.68％,两组比较,差异有显著性。结论:芪葛蛭归合剂对脑梗塞的神经功能有恢复作用。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Qige Zhigui Mixture on cerebral infarction. Methods: 42 cases of cerebral infarction were treated with Qige Zhigui Mixture as the treatment group while 38 cases were treated with drugs dilating blood vessels and improving cerebral cell metabolism as the control group for observation. Result: The total cure rate in the treatment group was 92. 86% while the total cure rate in the control group was 73.68% , with marked difference. Conclusion: Qige Zhigui Mixture can restore the nerve functions of cerebral infarction patients.
