New Point of View about Personal Income Distributive System in Socialism Market Economy

马克思主义经典作家仅仅指出劳动者应当按照自己为社会提供的劳动的数量和质量领取相应分额的社会产品,并没有否认社会成员可以在一定条件下可以凭借其拥有的其他生产要素获得相应分额的社会产品。按生产要素分配,是社会主义市场经济条件下个人收入分配的基本分配制度。社会主义市场经济条件下实行按生产要素分配的个人收入分配制度与以按劳分配为主体之间并不矛盾。

Classic Marxism writers only pointed out that laborers should draw a relevant portion of social production in accordance with the quantity and quality of the labor they offered the society, but these writers did not deny that social members may gain a relevant portion of social production by possessing other productive essential elements in a certain condition. Distributing on the basis of productive essential elements is the basic distributive system of personal income distribution in social marketing economic condition. There is no contributive between the light of productive essential elements and distributing to the labor as the principal part.
