摘要
本文针对我国高职工程教育人才培养质量不高这一现状,分析了高职工程教育的特点和高职工科专业人才培养的目标定位。文章提出在高职工程专业课程体系的构建中,为提高学生的岗位适应能力和应变能力,要建立具有工程背景的课程结构模式,课程结构采用平台式,按专业大类组建资源共享的实验实训基地,以提高高职工程教育的人才培养质量。
Owing to the fact that engineering education in higher vocational colleges doesn’t prove to be of higher quality, the author analyzes the features of engineering education in higher vocational colleges and tries to discuss the orientation of training professionals specializing in this field in colleges. It is suggested that a curriculum structure model should be built beaed on the idea of large-scale Engineering for engineering majors in colleges in order to improve students’ abilities to adjust to changes. The curriculum system should be built on a platform where experimental bases are shared so as to improve the engineering training in colleges.
