There has been great change in industrial structure with the enlargement of Jiangsu manufacturing market after China’s entering the WTO.The market urgently needs compound talents,because the production process has transformed labor intensive aspects into technology intensive aspects.Therefore,it requires positive interaction between vocational colleges and regional manufacturing industry.This interaction helps vocational colleges and enterprises meet consensus in training students’ ability,and seamlessly join vocational education with regional manufacturing industry tightly.
