摘要
本文通过对ABS制动系统的解剖,结合对汽车ABS制动系统在汽车行驶过程中的真实状况进行深入研究,就目前一些院校普遍存在的ABS/EBD制动系统实训台在教学中的盲点提出改进方案,即在ABS/EBD制动系统实训台的传感器信号传输中串接PLC多路信号发生器,通过对台架上的所有传感器的信号进行采样和处理,手动调节PLC信号发生器的输出信号,模拟ABS制动系统中的传感器信号(在传感器信号的波动范围内)输入ABS电子控制模块来模拟汽车工作状况(极佳——佳——正常——欠佳——差——极差),让学生能够很直观的通过解码器的识别找出故障原因,达到教学目的。
Based on the anatomy of the ABS brake system, researching into the real situation which combined with ABS brake system on the automobile traveling, this paper proposes the solutions to improving the teaching which is the blind spot in training of ABS / EBD braking system. That is, sensors signal of the ABS / EBD braking system transmission, connection of the PLC multi-channel signal generator, through sampling and processing the shelves of all the sensor signals, manually adjustment of the output signal of the PLC signal generator, simulation of the sensor signals of the ABS brake system (within range), the importation of the ABS electronic control module to simulate car working conditions (best - good - normal - poor - poorer - very poor) enable students to identify intuitively the cause of the malfunction by the decoder, that is teaching purposes. This paper mainly includes the followings: 1. Analysis on the force when the automobile brake: braking force of automobile, skidding, kinematical analysis when the wheels lockup, the impact of ABS braking system on automobile. 2. Detection principle of the ABS brake system: analysis of ABS brake system, the acquisition signals principle. 3. The application of the ABS / EBD braking system in practice teaching: the introduction of multi-channel signal generator PLC, acquisition and simulation ABS braking system in the various sensors signal and the signal processing.
