摘要
随着我国大学生就业制度的变革,以及现阶段用人单位对求职者综合素质和能力要求的不断提高,求职技巧对求职能否成功起着重要作用。为帮助高职院校学生提高求职成功率,本文就求职技巧的重要性、训练和指导的方法等方面进行分析和讨论。
With the changes in China’s employing system,the requirement for job-seekers’ qualities and abilities is becoming higher. So job finding skills play a very important role in applying for a job. To help job seekers become more successful,the author discusses in detail the importance of instructions on job finding skills and the ways to foster them.
