摘要
团学工作在推动高等教育的发展进程中发挥了重要作用。本文分析了新时期高校基层团学工作面临的新形势,提出了以科学发展观为指导,推进以"一个导向"、"两种资源"和"三个基地"为特征的"123模式",促进高校基层团学工作又好又快地发展。
League work plays an especially important role in the development of higher education.This article explains the completely new situation that the league work faces.According to the scientific thought of development,the idea of the work based on the "123 Model" is proposed to improve the League work on campus quickly and efficiently.The "123 Model" contains one guide,two resources and three bases.
