以评建为动力 全面提升学院核心竞争力

To Enhance the Core-competitiveness of the Polytechnic Institute Motivated by the New Evaluation Program and Self-construction

2008年教育部颁发了《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》,从领导作用、师资队伍、课程建设、实践教学、特色专业建设、教学管理、社会评价七个方面对高等职业院校的建设工作提出了新要求,引导高职院校深化改革、提升内涵、服务社会、办出特色、增强核心竞争力,是高职院校在新时期中建设的引领与纲要。本文研读了该方案,概要总结了该方案新要点,对加强内涵建设、提升学院核心竞争力等问题提出了新的思考。

In 2008, the Ministry of Education issued the Evaluation Program of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges, which set an even higher demand on the polytechnic construction in seven aspects: the leadership, faculty, curriculum development, working practice, specialty construction, teaching management and social evaluation. The new program urges vocational institutes to deepen the education reform, reinforce the connotation, serve the society more, and thus form distinguishing features to promote the core competitiveness. Through study reading of the evaluation program, the article gives suggestions for higher vocational institutes to strengthen the entire core-competitiveness in higher vocational education.
