高职建筑工程技术专业实习实训基地建设设想

The Constructive Assumption of Practice and Training Base for Architectural Engineering Technology at Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校主要培养具有较强实践能力、服务于生产一线的高素质技能型专门人才,因而实习实训基地的建设愈显重要。根据建筑工程技术专业就业岗位群、专业核心职业能力的培养需要,讨论了该专业实习实训基地的建设内容、基地建设的五个原则,分析了建设校内集中实训基地的四种方式,提出了基地实施管理及可持续发展的思路。

Higher Vocational Colleges put emphasis on training specialized technical talents who work on the first production with strong practical abilities. Therefore, the construction of practice and training base appears more important. According to the demand of employment post groups and professional core competence of architectural engineering specialty, this paper discusses the construction content and five principles of practice and training base, analyzes four ways to construct concentrated training base on campus, and puts forward the clue for the base management and sustainable development.
