介绍了作者多年在建筑物墙体的保温隔热、屋面的保温隔热及防水方面的研究方法及体会。粉煤灰常温发泡砌块是大量使用工业废料、经常温发泡制作的保温性能良好的墙体材料;屋面保温隔热与防水材料集保温和防水于一体,可一次施工完成;将保温防水砂浆制成屋面瓦,赋予瓦保温和防水性能;外墙保温涂料是将阻隔性、反射性、辐射性三种隔热机理结合为一体。开发建筑物节能、环保的材料是大势所趋。

This thesis introduced some research methods and thoughts on thermal insulation and waterproofing of the buildings.One of the good insulation materials is fly ash block which is made by frothing a large number of industrial wastes at a normal temperature.And the roof insulation and waterproof material can be completed together.The roof tile can be made of insulation and waterproof mortar and the exterior wall paint have the insulation function because it combines barrier,reflective,heat radiation mechanism into one.It is the trend to develop the energy-saving,environment-friendly building materials.
