高校学生社团组织的地位、特点及深化管理探析

Analysis on the Status,the Characteristics and the Deepening of Administration of College Students Associations

从理论与实践相结合的角度,阐明了目前高校学生社团组织在推进素质教育、培养学生创新精神和实践能力进程中的地位和作用,指出了新时期高校学生社团组织具有自发性、自主性、灵活性的特点,提出了深化学生社团组织管理必须坚持"宏观调控、微观搞活"的原则,完善管理制度,健全竞争机制,树立先进典型,科学规范学生社团组织的发展,从而发挥学生社团组织的职能作用。

From the perspective of combining theory and practice,the paper illustrates the functions of students’ social organizations on promoting quality education,cultivation of students’ innovation as well as their practical capabilities.It points out that the students’ social organizations of the new period are characterized as spontaneity,self-consciousness and flexibility.It suggests that the principle of Macro Regulation and Micro Invigoration should be persisted so as to enhance the organization administration.The administrative systems should be completed,the mechanism of competition should be improved,the advanced models should be established,and the development should be scientifically standardized so that the functions of organizations would be performed better.
