多水源用水网络优化模型的应用研究

摘要 为了解决含有多类供水水源的用水网络优化设计问题,作者将各用水单元看成水阱,各单元的排水看成潜在水源,从而将供水问题转化为水阱和水源的匹配问题,建立用于多水源用水网络优化的配水模型,采用多水源用水网络优化模型对某石化企业氯碱厂的用水网络进行优化设计。详细阐述该模型应用方法和步骤。系统优化后,理论上节水流量达197t/h,减排流量达223.9t/h;全厂理论节水率34.49%,减排率57.8%。 In order to solve the problem of optimization design of water network with multiple types of water sources, each water unit has been considered as water demand and drainage of each unit has been considered as potential water source, accordingly the problem of water supply has been transferred into the problem of matching water demands and water sources. A water allocation model for optimal designing of water network with multiple water sources was developed to optimal design the water network in Chlorine Alkali Factory of Petrochemical Enterprise. This paper tends to introduse the application method and steps in detail. After system optimization, water was saved by 197t/h and wastewater discharge was reduced by 223.9t/h. In brief, the water consumed was saved by 34.49% and wastewater discharged was reduced by 57.8%.
