高职院校有了办学特色,就能扩大自身影响力,吸引更多生源。本文总结了办学特色对高等职业教育发展的重要意义,分析了我国高等职业教育办学特色缺失的表现,最后提出了高职院校加强办学特色建设的措施。

The knowledge-based economy era provides opportunities as well as the challenges for the development of our country’s higher education. Through analyzing the problems exist in the aspects such as the educational concept, teaching model,education quality, education management and so on that higher education are faced with in the era of knowledge economy, it also puts forward the ways that by adjusting the hierarchy to strengthen the internal management system of higher education, strengthen the international cooperation,to reduce the brain drain, to change the educational concepts and teaching models and so on,in order to cultivate high-quality personnel to serve for the social economy.
