Prediction Model and Application of BP Neural Network

摘要 本文介绍了人工神经网络的基本原理和几个重要的发展阶段,引出并重点介绍了目前应用最为广泛的BP算法,并将BP算法应用于江苏省的住宅商品房销售均价的预测中,利用新方法为预测模型处理销售平均价格,基于Matlab实现了预测模型,并得到了较好的预测结果。 The basic principle and several significance development stages of artificial neural network were introduced in this paper.And the BP algorithm was elicited and emphasized,which is most widely used at present.BP algorithm was applied to predict the average price of residential commercial housing sales in Jiangsu province.A new data processing approach was used in housing sales average price for the predicting model,realizing the model with Matlab software.And a preferable prediction result was obtained.
