教育部颁发并已实施的《学校教职工代表大会规定》是我国教代会制度建设的一个新的重要里程碑。正在发展成长中的高职院校加强教代会制度建设,对施行教育法律法规,完善学校内部管理体制,加强现代大学制度建设,全面推进学校民主管理具有极其重要的意义。充分发挥工会教代会工作机构作用,是高校工会坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的新任务、新职责。

Issued by the ministry of education,the Stipulation of Teaching Representatives Committee at Schools implemented,is a new milestone for the system construction of teaching representatives meeting in our country.It has a very important significance in legal and democratic schooling and strengthens the construction of teaching representatives committee.Giving full play to teaching representatives meeting is the new task and new responsibility for the Workers’ Union to insist on Chinese characterized socialism development road.
