摘要
科研基础薄弱、社会认可度低和功利色彩突出是高职院校科研工作的现状;构建现代职教体系、加强内涵建设、提升办学水平和师资素质,都依赖于高职整体科研水平的提升。高职科研的定位以应用研究为主攻方向,以深度校企合作为依托,以人才培养水平提升为发展动力。建设科技创新平台、加快创新团队培植和完善激励机制,是高职科研的发展策略。
Being weak in research basis,low in social recognition and strong in utilitarianism are the status of higher vocational scientific research. The positioning of higher vocational research work determines its characteristics: applied research as the main direction, close cooperation as the support and the improvement of talent cultivation as the motivation.The construction of scientific and technological innovation platform, the cultivating innovation team and the improvement of the incentive mechanism is vital for building modern vocational education system, strengthening connotation construction and promoting schooling level and faculty quality.
