校企合作是高职院校的一项重要的办学模式,服务社会是高职院校的重要职能。高职院校的特质决定了科研工作要加强横向课题的管理,提升社会服务能力。高职院校应当充分认识开展横向技术服务的重要性和必要性,从激励机制、横向课题管理和扩大校企合作交流平台等方面推进学校的横向课题的管理,实现横向课题质和量的提升,进一步强化高职院校的社会服务能力。

University-enterprise cooperation is an important mode of teaching for higher vocational colleges, and community service is an important function of higher vocational colleges. The peculiarity of higher vocational colleges determines the scien-tific research work to strengthen the management of lateral research, and to promote the community service ability. Higher vocational colleges should fully recognize the importance and necessity of lateral research, and propel the school lateral research through the incentive mechanism, the lateral research management and expanding cooperation platform between colleges and enterprises, so as to promote the quality and quantity development of lateral research and further enhancing the community service ability of the higher vocational colleges.
