摘要
本文从高等职业教育校企合作中企业动力缺失的原因分析着手,通过对校企合作动力的增强途径的探讨,从发挥政府主导性、提高学校主动性、调动企业积极性等方面提出校企合作动力机制的构建,从而推进校企合作的深度融合。
The principal reasons of the lack of power of school-enterprise cooperation relationship problems are analyzed in the article. In order to improve the cooperation efficiency, the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism should be constructed in several aspects, including exertion of the leading role of government, improvement of initiative of schools and inspiration of the enthusiasm of enterprises.
