摘要
扬州大学城四所学校相互隔绝,资源难以实现整合,这既有办学层次差异的客观原因,也有部门本位主义的主观原因。大学城的资源整合是时代的要求,实现扬州大学城综合效益的提升,必须在硬件、软件以及各类人员等资源的整合上做足文章。整合工作需要扬州市政府主导,大学城管委会具体运作,需要建立合理的利益分配和补偿机制。
The four schools of Yangzhou Higher Education Mega Center are isolated from each other. The reasons contain objective cause of differences of school level and the subjective reason of selfish departmentalism. It is the requirement of the times that the education resources of Higher Education Mega Center should be integrated. To improve the comprehensive bene-fit, we should be much on the integration of resources of hardware, software and a variety of personnel and so on. Integration should be led by Yangzhou Government and operated by Administrative Committee of HEMC. And a rational mechanism of distribution of benefits and compensation should be established.
