摘要
对斜孔常用机加工方法进行比较,利用工艺孔的原理在工件上设计过渡工艺槽。针对夹具调整法的特点,结合案例进行了斜孔快速钻削调节夹具的设计,并针对麻花钻、切削用量的选择等进行了实践探索。
This paper aims to introduce a new process of incline hole cutting. In the comparison of the oblique hole machining methods commonly used, the principle of hole is applied in the designing transition process slots in work-piece. According to the characteristics of the fixture adjustment method, combining with the case, quick-adjusting fixtures are designed for drilling inclined hole, and twist drill and the selection of cutting parameter are explored in practice.
