超声波洗碗机余热回收装置的设计

摘要 讨论了商用洗碗机类型和超声波洗碗机的特点,以OBD-QJ230的全自动超声洗碗机为例,设计了在洗碗机冲洗清洗段内布置圆管换热器和热管换热器两级余热回收装置,分析了该回收装置内进水加热过程、流动路径和两级换热器的换热特点。该热回收装置能充分利用洗碗机余热资源,明显降低洗碗机综合能耗,实现热水降温和热气流的降湿排放。 This paper discusses the types of commercial dishwashers and the characteristics of the ultrasonic dishwasher.Taking OBD-QJ230 automatic ultrasonic dishwasher for example, it decorates two-stage heat recovery device of pipe heat exchanger and tube heat exchanger in the cleaning section. This paper also analyzes the water flowing and heating process,flowing path and the heat-transferring characteristics of the two-stage heat exchanger. The heat recovery device can fully use the dishwasher waste heat,reduce comprehensive energy consumption significantly, realize the cooling of hot water and dehumidifying the emissions of thermal current.
