论职业教育和经济社会发展的关系

On the Relation between Vocational Education and Social and Economic Development

职业教育与经济社会具有天然联系,是经济社会发展的重要推动力量,也同时受经济社会发展水平的影响和制约。文章从职业教育与经济社会协调发展的成功经验出发,从专业设置、人才培养规格、技术服务、公共服务四个方面分析了职业教育与经济社会联系的途径,总结了双方之间存在的四个问题,提出了赋予地方政府发展职业教育职责、实施'狭义混合所有制'改革和提高技术技能人才社会地位三个建议。

Vocational education is naturally related to economy and society. While influenced and circumscribed by level of social and economic development, it is also an important driving force for the development. Based on the successful experience of harmonious development of vocational education and social and economic development, the article analyses the means to link the two sides from the following four aspects: specialty establishment, talent training standards, technical service and public ser-vice. It also sums up four problems between them. And the solutions to these problems are giving local governments the duty to develop vocational education, implementing reform of ‘Narrowly mixed ownership’ and improving technical talents’ social status.
