扬州石化企业核心竞争力提升的路径研究——基于供给侧改革的背景

Study on the Path of Promoting Yangzhou Petrochemical Enterprises’ Core Competitiveness——Based on the Background of the Supply Side Reform

供给侧改革对石油化工行业影响较大,会给扬州石化企业带来机遇,也会给带来挑战,所以,扬州石化行业要主动适应供给侧的改革,抓住发展的机遇,补齐短板、转型升级。确立一个发展核心,提升整体的核心竞争力,是当前企业发展的应然选择。本文在供给侧改革给扬州石化企业带来的机遇研究的基础上,提出了扬州石化企业提升核心竞争力的对策建议。

The supply side reforms have great influence on the petroleum chemical industry, bringing both opportunities and challenges to petrochemical enterprises in Yangzhou. Accordingly petrochemical industry in Yangzhou should take the initiative to adapt to the reform, seizing the opportunity to make up shortages, transform and upgrade. It is an inevitable choice for current enterprises to establish a core development and promote the core competitiveness as a whole. Based on the study of supply side reform bringing opportunities to petrochemical enterprise in Yangzhou, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and sug-gestions to promote their core competitiveness.
