摘要
职业教育教学改革已经进入深水区,提升课堂教学质量、建设有效课堂一直在路上。本文从有效课堂的内涵着手,分析当前高职课堂教学效果不佳的原因,并提出以'行动导向'理念指导课堂教学;高职教师不断加强自身的教学理论修养、学校建立符合高职学生群体特征的教学评价体系等措施来推进有效课堂的建设。
Education and teaching reform in vocational colleges is becoming harder and harder. And the efforts we made to improve the classroom teaching quality and to construct effective classroom are still going on. Starting from the connotation of effective classroom, this paper analyzes the reasons why classrooms in vocational colleges are ineffective, and suggests adoptingaction-oriented concept to guide classroom teaching. Teachers should update their teaching theories and the administration should enforce new teaching evaluation system in line with the characteristics ofvocational college students, so as to promote the construction of effective classroom.
