摘要
高职院校的办学目标不仅是培养高素质技术技能人才,树立学生的匠心意识,而且是挖掘和发展学生的企业家才能,增强学生的使命意识和社会责任感。只有这样,才能唤回和重建因高考大浪冲击而受挫的职教生的自信心,在成为技术工人之后才能继续前行并有望成长为企业领军人才或社会精英。为此,针对高职院校的学生必须进行情商教育。它包括创意教育、创新教育、创业教育以及人文知识教育和德育。开展情商教育必须尊重学生的独立人格,强化学生的主体意识,创造既充满竞争又孕育和谐的校园氛围;激发和保护学生的首创精神,培养学生的企业管理能力;提高学生的人文素养和思想境界。
Educational goals of higher vocational colleges are not just cultivating highly-skilled applied talents and setting up the students’ originality consciousness. It also includes exploiting and developing the students’ entrepreneurial talents and strengthening their sense of mission and social responsibility. Only in this way can we recall and reconstruct these students’ confidence that was frustrated in the College Entrance Examination, which makes it possible for them to become leading talents in the enterprise or elites in the society after becoming skilled workers. To this end, higher vocational colleges should emphasize EQ education, which includes creation education, innovation education, starting-up education, general knowledge education and morality education. Educators in the college must respect students’ independent personality, strengthen their subjective consciousness, create a competitive and harmonious campus atmosphere, stimulate and protect their initiative, cultivate their enterprise management ability, and improve their humanistic quality and state of mind.
