刀具应用技术大赛的车削试件详析

Detailed Analysis of Turning Test Piece in the Tool Application Technology Competition

摘要 本文根据第二届全国刀具应用大赛决赛试题要求,以本人设计的参赛试件(国际象棋-国王)为基础,对该试件的加工工艺分析、走刀路线安排、车削刀具选用及切削用量的选择等方面进行了探讨。通过竞赛委员会给出的机床、加工条件等信息,本文对该比赛试件设计出了合理的装夹、加工工艺节拍方案,优选出了车削刀具和切削用量,并在北京举办的决赛现场的规定时间内加工出了合格试件。通过本次参赛,参赛选手学到了很多加工方面的知识,积累了一些实际加工经验,并学会解决了一些数控加工中的技术难点。 According to the requirements of the final of the 2nd National Tool Application Competition, based on the test-piece(Chess-King) designed by myself, the analysis of processing technology, the moving path, the selection of the turning tool and the cutting amount of the test piece are discussed. Through the information of the machine tools and processing conditions given by the competition committee, a reasonable clamping and processing techniques for the test-piece used in this competition were designed, the turning tool and cutting amount were optimized, and qualified test-piece within the schedule time of the final in Beijing was processed. Through this competition, the contestants learned a lot of processing knowledge, accumulated some practical processing experience, and learned to solve some technical difficulties in numerical control machining.
