摘要
在设备管嘴载荷超值而工况温度又需要提高的情况下,结合系统结构特点,采用先静力工况后动力工况的原则,找到接管载荷超值的主要原因。当温度适当提高后,通过合理调整支架反复对比分析,得到工程可实现的约束方案,使管嘴载荷满足了要求,从而保护了设备,提高了系统安全性能。
In this paper,the principle which considers the static cases first and then the dynamic ones was used to find the essential reasons of nozzle loads' overstepping the limiting values integrating the piping structural characteristics on the condition that the nozzle loads' overstepping the limiting values and the case temperature should be heightened.The realizable restricting measures were gotten by adjusting supports and hangers and analysis when the case temperature was heightened properly.The nozzle loads' demands are satisfied,the equipments are protected and the piping security capability are improved.
