Development of V2MB Used to Linearize Stress Results From VENUS

开发了1套数据处理程序V2MB,对日本商业程序VENUS计算得到的沿壁厚各节点的应力分量结果采用最小二乘法进行线性化处理,得到了所需的薄膜、薄膜加弯曲应力,为后续的强度评价提供数据。将程序计算结果与国际认可的ANSYS程序及理论解进行了比较,它们之间吻合得很好,从而验证了该程序的有效性。

A new program V2MB was developed to linearize the stress components,principal stresses and stress intensity through the shell thickness by least square approximation to provide the membrane stress and membrane-plus-bending stress.This program was compared to another general purpose FEM program ANSYS and analysis solution for some special conditions.The results agree with each other very well.The validity of V2MB was proved.
