摘要
核电站主设备控制棒驱动机构管座是通过焊接和过盈配合共同作用安装在压力容器顶盖上。这种结构大幅提高了设备的性能,为核电站的稳定运行提供了可靠保障。本文介绍过盈配合的计算原理,采用ANSYS软件的不同分析方法对过盈配合进行应力计算,并做出误差分析;较系统地总结过盈配合的计算方法及各方法的优缺点,为设备的应力分析及结构优化设计提供了依据。
The control rod drive mechanism(CRDM) housing of nuclear power plant is installed on the reactor pressure vessel head by welding and interference fit.This structure improves the performance of the equipment,and ensures the plant steady operation.The theories of the interference fit were discussed.By using of the ANSYS software procedure's methods,the interference fit was calculated,and the error was analyzed.The methods of interference fit analysis and their advantages were described in detail,and the basis for equipment stress analysis and the design optimization was provided.
