摘要
对于钠钾合金热传输系统,其传热和机械等性能会因工质中杂质的存在而严重受损,因此必须对杂质浓度加以控制。而冷阱就是承担着净化钠钾合金作用的重要部件。本文选取强迫循环沉淀式冷阱对其流动传热特性进行了分析研究,利用CFX程序对冷阱的运行工况进行数值模拟,通过试验对比验证,得出其较完整的工作特性曲线,并给出优化建议。
In NaK alloy heat transfer system,the capability of heat transfer and mechanical properties could be seriously impaired by impurities,which requires methods to control the concentration.The cold trap plays the key role in purifying NaK alloy in the system and controlling the impurity under acceptable level.In this paper,aprecipitation type cold trap working with forced circulation was chosen,and the flow and heat transfer performance was studied.The characteristic curve was obtained,by using the CFX program to simulate different work conditions and comparing with the experimental data.The optimization suggestion was also given.
