摘要
本文建立了流体溢流时矩形薄壁堰板流固耦合计算模型,编制了数值计算程序。在相同条件下,利用程序计算了静水压差下堰板形变及溢流高度,与商用软件计算结果符合较好,验证了程序的正确性。应用程序计算了液位差、杨氏弹性模量及入口流量对溢流情况下薄壁堰板稳定性的影响。编制的FSCP-FP程序设置简便、计算速度快,可用于流体溢流时矩形薄壁堰板稳定性的快速判断。
The fluid-structure coupling model of the fluid discharge over a rectangular thin plate weir was established,and the calculation program was finished.The results,which include deformation of the weir under static pressure drop of liquid and discharge height,are coincided with those gained from the commercial software at the same calculation conditions.The program was verified.The influences of the fluid level,Young's modulus of elasticity and input flow on the stability of the rectangular thin plate weir under the fluid discharge over condition were computed.The FSCP-FP program is simple to set up and its calculation is fast,which can be used to estimate fleetly the stability of the rectangular thin plate weir when the fluid discharge is over it.
