摘要
我国自20世纪九十年代起就大力发展职业教育,培育了大量高技能人才,并在我国社会发展和经济建设中发挥了巨大的促进作用。在进一步提高职业教育质量、保障高技能复合型人才培养的大背景下,应高度重视专业负责人队伍建设。当前高职院校专业负责人队伍建设的现状是:专业负责人在师资队伍中的地位不高;专业负责人致力于专业建设的权责不对等;专业负责人的队伍建设缺乏制度保障。提出了加强专业负责人队伍建设的对策:在思想上高度重视专业负责人队伍建设;以制度的形式保障专业负责人队伍建设;不断优化专业负责人队伍的建设机制;加强专业负责人关键能力的培养。
Since the 1990 s,vocational education has been developed vigorously in our country,cultivating a large number of highly skilled talents,and playing an important role in China's social development and economic construction. Under the circumstances of further improving the quality of vocational education and ensuring highly skilled interdisciplinary talents training,team construction of specialty leaders should be attached great importance to. In this paper,the current situation of team construction of specialty leaders in higher vocational colleges is systematically analyzed. Then,some corresponding countermeasures of enhancing team construction of specialty leaders are presented here.
