论高职院校学生职业能力的养成——德国职业教育促成的启示

On Cultivation of Students' Professional Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges——Inspiration from Vocational Education in Germany

从高职院校学生职业能力的教育形势与定位入手,指出当前我国高职院校学生职业能力存在职业意识不强;社会能力不足;方法能力欠缺;缺乏创新精神等不足。受德国职业教育的相关启示,提出高职院校学生职业能力养成的策略选择。即在整体性项目中培养学生的综合职业能力;在实践性情境中培养学生的方法能力;在企业真实环境中培养学生的社会能力;创设工作情境培养学生的创新能力。

Starting with the education status and orientation of higher vocational college students' professional ability,this paper points out the main problems existing in the cultivation of students' professional competence in higher vocational colleges in China,including weak professional consciousness,poor social skills,limited methodic ability and lack of innovation spirit. Inspired from the vocational education in Germany,the paper comes up with the strategies of developing higher vocational college students' professional competence,namely,cultivating students' comprehensive professional competence in the whole project,training students' methodic ability in practical situations,cultivating students' social ability in real business environment and creating working situations to develop students' innovation ability.
