摘要
选取2013年7月-2013年11月在外科门诊科室实习轮转的护理专科生40人为对照组,2013年12月-2014年3月外科门诊科室实习轮转的护理专科生40人为实验组,实验组护生实施PBL联合情景模拟的带教方法,对照组护生实施传统带教方法,两周实习结束后,对两组护生进行理论、健康教育能力的考核比较,并进行护生对带教效果的自我评价。结果显示,实验组护生的理论成绩、健康教育能力均高于对照组(P<0.05),以及护生对带教效果的自我评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。从而得出,应用PBL教学法联合情景模拟的带教方法可提高护生实施健康教育的能力。
This paper aims to observe the effect of PBL teaching method combined with scenario simulation applied in the training of developing nursing majors' ability of health education. In the paper,the instructive teaching method of PBL combined with scenario simulation was implemented in the experimental group which consisted of 40 professional nursing students for rotation internship in the surgical outpatient department from Dec. 2013 to Mar. 2014,while 40 professional nursing students for rotation internship in the surgical outpatient department from July to Nov.2013 comprising the control group only received the traditional teaching method. After two weeks' internship,the two groups were tested and compared on the theory and health education ability,and were self-evaluated on the effect of instruction. The result shows that the theoretical mark,health education ability and self-evaluation of the instruction of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Therefore,it is concluded that the instructing method of PBL combined with scenario simulation can improve nursing students' ability of health education.
