高职院校人才培养“山水南洋”模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of the Talent-cultivating Mode of Landscape WSOC in Higher Vocational Colleges

近几年来,校企合作模式在高职院校人才培养方面取得了一定的效果,但也存在一些不足,基于具体实践的"山水南洋"人才培养模式应运而生。"山水南洋"模式将学校、企业、学生紧密结合起来,在人才培养模式、模式构建、职能分工、制度保障等方面体现出较大优势,并具有一定的可复制性。

In recent years,the college-enterprise cooperation mode has been proved effective in talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,but some insufficiency still exists. The practice-based cultivating mode of landscape WSOC emerge as the times require. The landscape WSOC mode has closely combined the school,the enterprise and the students,which has great advantage in talent-cultivating mode,mode construction,functional division and institutional guarantee,etc.,and also has the potential for replication.
