摘要
学科建设与人才培养是提高医院核心竞争力、促进医院全面发展的关键因素,是可持续发展战略的保障,是学习实践科学发展观的具体体现,对医院发展具有重要的意义。目的:通过总结近年来医院在学科建设和人才培养方面的实践经验,提出改进方向和发展策略。方法:根据实际情况进行战略(SWOT)分析。结果:对现存优势、劣势进行分析,查找原因。结论:随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,大型三级甲等公立医院重视提升服务水平与技术竞争力的同时,把学科建设与人才培养作为医院持续发展的核心战略。
Discipline construction and personnel training is the key factor to improve hospital core competitiveness and promote hospital comprehensive development, the guarantee for sustainable development strategy, and the embodiment of studying and practicing scientific development concept, which has a vital significance for the hospital development. Objectives: Through summarizing the practical experience of hospital in the discipline construction and talent cultivation in recent years, put forward the improvement method and development strategy. Methods: According to the actual situation, make an analysis of strategy(SWOT). Results: Analyze the existing strengths and weaknesses, explore the reasons. Conclusions: With the constant deepening of medical and health system reform in China, large third rate of public hospital attaches great importance to promoting the competitiveness of health care service level and technological capacity, meanwhile, taking the subject construction and talent cultivation as the core of the hospital sustainable development strategy.
