A Decade of Chinese Internet Language Studies

本文以《中国语言生活状况报告》中相关研究报告为出发点,结合各类文献的统计数据,客观呈现国内网络语言研究十年的基本情况。研究成果表明,国内网络语言研究密切关注并追踪网络语言发生、发展轨迹,探究网络语言现象的传播机制及对社会生活的影响,为正确认识网络语言现象提供了有力的学术支持,网络语言研究正走向理性与成熟。

Since Language Situation in China fi rst released the Internet Language Status Report in 2006, the research on China's domestic Internet language has gone through a new decade. This article takes the relevant reports presented in Language Situation in China as a starting point, combines it with statistical data from various documentations, and objectively presents the basic circumstances of the Internet language studies in this decade. Thousands of studies indicate that the Chinese domestic Internet language studies closely followed and traced the occurrence and the developments of the Internet language, explored the communication system of the Internet language phenomenon and its impact on social life, and provided defi nitive academic support for the society to have an accurate understanding of the Internet language phenomenon. The Internet language studies is moving toward rationality and maturity.
