摘要
中国传统节日饮食文化作为极具代表性的文化象征符号,凝结了中国人的食养艺术、文化习俗、民族精神和民族情感等,具体表现为以人为本的发展观、儒家伦理的道德观、天人合一的自然观、阴阳五行的哲学观、和而不同的价值观以及和谐共处的社会观等特征。它承载着传承和传播中华民族优秀传统文化的使命。
As a representative cultural symbol,Chinese traditional festival food culture focuses on the people’s food nourishing art,cultural customs,ideological essence,national spirit and emotion,specifically embodies as the humanistic concept of development,the moral view of Confucian ethics,the natural view of the harmony of universe and human,the philosophical view of Yin and Yang and the five elements,and the different values and harmonious coexistence of the social outlook and other characteristics. It carries the mission of inheriting and spreading the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
