摘要
研究超声/H_2O_2降解模拟废水中苯酚工艺,为实际苯酚废水的治理提供实验依据。以苯酚降解率为指标,H_2O_2投加量、溶液pH、超声功率和超声时间为因素,通过正交试验优化超声/H_2O_2降解模拟废水中苯酚工艺。结果表明,超声/H_2O_2降解模拟废水中苯酚的最佳工艺条件为:H_2O_2投加量6 m L,超声功率120 W,溶液pH5,超声时间30 min。该工艺条件下,H_2O_2浓度分别为6%和30%时,苯酚降解率可达33. 56%和74. 40%。
The degradation of phenol in simulated wastewater was studied by ultrasonic and H2O2,which provides experimental reference for the actual treatment of phenol in wastewater.The process of phenol degradation in simulated wastewater was optimized by orthogonal experiment with phenol degradation rate as an index using H2O2 dosage,pH value,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time as the factors.The Results showed that the optimum conditions of phenol degradation were as follows:H2O26 m L,ultrasonic power 120 W,pH value of 5,ultrasonic time 30 min.Under these conditions,the phenol degradation rate was up to 33.56%and 74.40%when the H2O2 concentration was 6%and 30%,respectively.
