摘要
以早熟禾(Poa pratensis)和酸浆草(Oxalis corniculata)为试验材料,采用室内培养的方法,并用玻璃瓶敲打土壤表面来模拟践踏干扰,研究践踏对绿地常见种幼苗出土率和生长指标的影响,结果表明,践踏对早熟禾和酸浆草幼苗出土率、株高、根长以及生物量均有明显抑制作用。草坪和花镜是景区中容易受践踏干扰的绿地,应加强维护力度,完善规划管理,达到旅游资源的可持续发展。
In order to study the effect of trample on seed germination and seedling growth of Poa pratensis and Oxalis corniculata,both of which were common species of lawn and flower border.Indoor culture was used in this experiment,and trampling disturbance was simulated by bottle beating and four groups of CK,low trampling,medium trampling and high trampling were set up.The results indicated that trampling significantly reduced the seed excavation rate,seedling height,root length and biomass of P.pratensis and O.corniculata.This study provided the scientific base data for better conservation and management of green belts in scenic spots.
