在探究刘祁《归潜志》及其学习思想的过程中发现,学界就刘祁"约生于"还是"生于"泰和三年未能确证,卒年是海迷失后"二年"还是"三年"存在争议。基于此,经明辨古今文献,对教育思想家刘祁生卒年代进行述考,对其生年进行确证,对其卒年疑议进行辨正。

Studying Liu Qi’s Guiqianzhi and learning thoughts,the author finds the disputes in the academic circles whether he was born in the 3 rdyear of Taihe and whether he died in the year 2 or 3 of Empress Haimishi.For it,the author clears lots of documents on Liu Qi,especially his death year,goes further and finally identifies his death year:the 3 rdyear of Empress Haimishi.
