摘要
为了解幼儿园晨间谈话活动的现状,对山西省忻州市5所幼儿园进行了问卷调查。调查发现,晨谈活动的组织和实施过程中存在价值定位不明确,时间无法保障,活动组织效果不理想,主题选择脱离幼儿需求,活动后缺乏反思与评价等问题。研究建议幼儿园应明确晨谈活动价值,合理安排晨谈时间,开展培训提升教师组织能力,科学选择晨谈主题,强化教师反思意识,以期充分发挥晨谈活动的教育价值。
In order to understand the current situation of kindergarten morning conversation activities,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 5 kindergartens in Xinzhou City.The survey found that the value orientation of the morning talk activities was not clear,the time could not be guaranteed,the effect of the activities was not ideal,the theme selection was separated from the children’s needs,and there was no reflection and evaluation after the activities.The study suggests that kindergartens should clarify the value of morning talk activities,reasonably arrange morning talk time,carry out training to improve teachers’organizational ability,scientifically select morning talk topics,and strengthen teachers’reflective awareness,in order to realize the educational value of morning talk activities.
