延安时期党对知识分子思想政治教育研究

Research on the Party's Ideological and Political Education of the Intellectuals in Yan'an Period

延安时期,为了适应党的中心工作、应对知识分子的复杂成分和顺应抗战形势的变化,党通过组织知识分子学习马克思主义理论,引导知识分子积极参加各种生产实践活动,批评与帮助缺乏党性和实践锻炼的知识分子等主要举措对知识分子开展了富有成效的思想政治教育。党在延安时期对知识分子进行思想政治教育的主要措施对于新时代加强知识分子思想政治教育具有重要的现实启示作用:要用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育知识分子;要引导知识分子参与中国特色社会主义实践;要同错误思潮作坚决的斗争,在斗争中教育、引导知识分子。

In Yan’an period,in order to adapt to the party’s central work,respond to the complex elements of intellectuals and changes in the situation of the Anti-Japanese War,the party carried out fruitful ideological and political education for intellectuals by organizing intellectuals to study the theory of Marxism-Leninism,guiding them to actively participate in various production practices and criticizing and helping those who lacked party spirit and practical training.The party’s measures of ideological and political education for intellectuals during Yan’an period have important implications for strengthening the ideological and political education of intellectuals in the new era:to educate intellectuals with Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era;to guide intellectuals to participate in socialist practice with Chinese characteristics;to fight resolutely with the wrong thinking,to educate and guide intellectuals in the struggle.
