摘要
对常见的铸铁水泵叶轮抗气蚀耐磨损的修复方案进行了比较。先使用电弧冷焊法对铸铁叶轮腐蚀穿孔部位进行修复,后使用Belzona高分子材料对叶轮进行涂装。经过长时间使用,证实该修复工艺具有很好的抗气蚀性和耐磨损性,能够节能降耗,经济效益明显。
Some common repair schemes of anti-cavitation and anti-abrasion on cast iron water pump impeller are compared in this article. The method of arc cold welding is firstly applied to repair the corrosion perforation on the impeller,and then Belzona polymer material is applied to coat the impeller. After a long time use,it is proved that this repair technology is qualified with good property of anti-cavitation and anti-abrasion,which can save energy and reduce cost with obvious economic benefits.
