高职院校学生知识产权素养现状及教育对策

Current Situation of Higher Vocational College Students' Intellectual Property Accomplishment and Strategies for Their Education

高职院校开展知识产权教育,对国家、企业、学生都具有重要的意义。高职院校学生知识产权素养不容乐观,主要表现为知识产权意识淡薄,知识产权知识和手段缺失。高职院校加强知识产权教育,应注意将学校教育与企业教育相结合、职业能力教育与综合素质教育相结合。

It is significant to the state,enterprises and students for higher vocational colleges to implement the propagating education of intellectual property( IP). This paper discusses the problems existing in the education of students' intellectual property accomplishment,such as inadequate awareness of IP,absence of knowledge and means of IP. Meanwhile,it comes up with some countermeasures to strengthen the education of IP in higher vocational colleges,including integrating school education with enterprise education,professional ability training with comprehen-sive quality education.
