“十三五”时期扬州农机装备产业转型升级发展路径研究

On the Development Path for Transformation and Upgrading of Agricultural Machinery Equipment Industry in Yangzhou during the “13th Five-Year Plan” Period

《中国制造2025》将农机装备产业列为十大重点发展领域,我国农机装备产业将迎来新的发展机遇。分析"十二五"时期扬州农机装备产业的发展状况、"十三五"时期扬州农机装备产业所面临的发展契机及发展任务,提出"十三五"时期扬州农机装备产业转型升级的发展路径,即坚持创新驱动,优化发展环境,打造产业集聚基地,制定实施扶持政策,实施人才发展战略。

Agricultural machinery equipment industry has been included in the top 10 key development fields in Made in China 2025,which will bring new development opportunities for Chinese agricultural machinery equipment industry. By analyzing the development status of Yangzhou agricultural machinery equipment industry during the'12th Five-Year Plan'period and the development opportunities and tasks confronted by Yangzhou agricultural machinery equipment industry during the '13th Five-Year Plan'period,this paper presents the development path for transformation and upgrading of Yangzhou agricultural machinery equipment industry,including insisting on innovation drive,optimizing development environment,building industrial clusters,formulating and implementing support policies and carrying out talent-development strategies.
